INTERIM TOWN CLERK
TOWN OF BEDFORD
The Town of Bedford is seeking applicants for the position of Interim Town Clerk.
The appointed position will assist the Town of Bedford with Town Caucus, held on January 7, 2020, Town Election held on March 14, 2020 and the Presidential Primary held on March 3, 2020. Please feel free to share this opportunity with those who would be interested in taking on this role for our fast approaching and eventful 2020 election cycle.
The Town of Bedford has a population of just under 15,000 residents with an Open Town Meeting form of government. As the custodian of Town records, the Town Clerk plays a vital role in the administration of elections, which will be the primary focus of the Interim Town Clerk in the upcoming months.
The additional services provided by this office include but are not limited to, providing vital records, voter registration, marriage licenses, dog licenses, business certificates and Town Meeting article certification.
